Aderonke Adedoyin Falade, RN, B.NSc is a registered nurse and healthcare administrator.

She earned her RN at Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing, Lantoro Abeokuta and holds a B.NSc in Nursing Science from Babcock University. She has over eight years of clinical and administrative experience with a blend of care and strategy.  She completed courses in Health Leadership (UW) and Quality Healthcare (Rutgers).  Aderonke is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Public Management Nigeria.  She has a passion for healthcare improvement, leadership, and patient-centered delivery.
